  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups egg noodles

Instructions

  1. Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and crumble.
  3. Add the ground beef to the skillet and brown it, breaking it into small pieces.
  4. Stir in the chopped onion and garlic; cook until the onion is translucent.
  5. Add beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and paprika; bring to a simmer.
  6. Reduce heat and stir in sour cream until the mixture is smooth.
  7. Add the cooked egg noodles and crumbled turkey bacon; mix until well combined.
