  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced savory chicken ham
  • 1/4 cup diced turkey bacon
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add the eggs, milk, and melted butter; mix until combined.
  4. Fold in the cheddar cheese, chicken ham, and turkey bacon.
  5. Distribute the batter evenly into the muffin tin.
