  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 ounces egg noodles

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add onions and garlic; sauté until softened.
  3. Stir in mushrooms and Worcestershire sauce. Cook until mushrooms are tender.
  4. Sprinkle flour over the mixture and stir to combine.
  5. Add beef broth and simmer for 5 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat and stir in sour cream. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Cook egg noodles according to package instructions; drain.
  8. Serve beef mixture over noodles.
