- 1 loaf gingerbread bread
- 6 large eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a baking dish.
- Cut the gingerbread bread into cubes and spread evenly in the dish.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, cream, brown sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and salt.
