German Potato Salad – Tangy, Warm & Bacon-Loaded Comfort!

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds potatoes
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes until tender, then let them cool and dice.
  2. Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy, then crumble.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté onions until translucent.
  4. In a bowl, mix the vinegar, sugar, mustard, salt, and pepper to create the dressing.
  5. Toss the diced potatoes, turkey bacon, and onions with the dressing until well coated.
  6. Serve warm.

Notes

  • This salad can be made vegetarian by omitting bacon.
  • Serve immediately for best flavor.
