  • 1 pound baby potatoes, halved
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt to taste

  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
