Garlic Parmesan Crockpot Chicken and Potatoes

Delicious and easy Garlic Parmesan Crockpot Chicken and Potatoes for the whole family.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds chicken thighs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 medium potatoes, chopped
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  2. Rub the spice mixture over the chicken thighs.
  3. Place chopped potatoes in the bottom of the crockpot.
  4. Add the chicken on top of the potatoes.
  5. Pour chicken broth over chicken and potatoes.
  6. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4-5 hours.
  7. In the last 30 minutes, sprinkle the Parmesan cheese over the chicken.

Notes

  • For added flavor, marinate the chicken in spices overnight.
  • Can substitute chicken breasts if preferred.
