Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs

Deliciously cheesy and flavorful, these Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are the perfect party snack.

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat and let cool.
  4. Mix in the mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.
  5. Open the biscuit dough and separate it into individual biscuits.
  6. Flatten each biscuit and place a spoonful of the beef and cheese mixture in the center.
  7. Fold the biscuit over the filling and pinch to seal.
  8. Place the bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  9. Brush each bomb with melted butter and sprinkle with parsley.
  10. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.

Notes

  • Let the bombs cool slightly before serving.
  • These can be made ahead of time and frozen.
