A delicious and easy recipe for garlic butter steak bites and potatoes that you can make at home for a satisfying meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 pound baby potatoes, halved
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the steak bites to the skillet and season with salt and pepper. Sear the steak for 3-4 minutes until browned.
  4. Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, add the halved baby potatoes and cook until golden brown and tender, about 15-20 minutes.
  6. Lower the heat, add the garlic and remaining butter to the skillet, and stir until fragrant.
  7. Return the steak to the skillet and mix everything together.
  8. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven for an additional 5-7 minutes.
  9. Remove from oven, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Ensure the steak is not overcrowded in the skillet to achieve a good sear.
  • You can substitute the potatoes with your choice of side.
