- 1 pound steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 pound baby potatoes, halved
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat.
- Add the steak bites to the skillet and season with salt and pepper. Sear the steak for 3-4 minutes until browned.
- Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the halved baby potatoes and cook until golden brown and tender, about 15-20 minutes.
- Lower the heat, add the garlic and remaining butter to the skillet, and stir until fragrant.
- Return the steak to the skillet and mix everything together.
- Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven for an additional 5-7 minutes.
