Fruit and Nut Energy Bites

These Fruit and Nut Energy Bites are the perfect no-bake snack to keep your energy levels high throughout the day.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup mixed nuts, chopped
  • 1/2 cup dried fruit, chopped
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the rolled oats, peanut butter, and honey until well combined.
  2. Add in the chopped nuts, dried fruit, and chocolate chips, and stir until evenly distributed.
  3. Using your hands, form the mixture into small balls and place them on a lined baking sheet.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up before serving.

Notes

  • Feel free to substitute the peanut butter with almond butter for a different flavor.
  • Add in some flax seeds or chia seeds for extra nutrition.
