  • 2 cups cooked white rice
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn)
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 eggs, beaten

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop.
  2. Sauté the mixed vegetables in the skillet for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add the rice and bacon back into the skillet, mixing thoroughly.
  4. Pour in the soy sauce and sesame oil, stirring well.
  5. Create a well in the center and pour in the beaten eggs, scrambling until fully cooked.
  6. Fold in the green onions and serve hot.
