  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup diced cooked chicken
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onions and sauté until golden brown.
  3. Add chicken broth, orzo, chicken, turkey bacon, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about 10 minutes.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a casserole dish and top with shredded cheese.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
