  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (28 ounces) crushed tomatoes
  • 6 cups chicken broth
  • 8 ounces lasagna noodles, broken
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same pot, add chopped onion and minced garlic; sauté until translucent.
  3. Add crushed tomatoes and chicken broth, bringing to a boil.

  6. Season with salt, pepper, and basil before serving.
