- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (28 oz) crushed tomatoes
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- 8 ounces lasagna noodles, broken into pieces
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- In a large pot, cook turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pot, add ground turkey, onion, and garlic, stirring until the turkey is cooked.
- Add crushed tomatoes, chicken broth, and Italian seasoning. Bring to a boil.
- Stir in broken lasagna noodles and cook until tender, about 10 minutes.
