- 8 ounces lasagna noodles
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (28 ounces) crushed tomatoes
- 6 cups chicken broth
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- In a large pot, cook turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and crumble.
- In the same pot, cook ground turkey, onion, and garlic until browned.
- Add crushed tomatoes, chicken broth, and Italian seasoning. Bring to a boil.
- Break lasagna noodles into smaller pieces and add to the pot.
- Simmer until noodles are tender, about 10-12 minutes.
