- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1 cup green enchilada sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 8 corn tortillas
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
