Easy French Dip Sliders Recipe

  • 1 pound beef roast
  • 6 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 8 slider buns
  • 1 cup cheese (Swiss or provolone)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. In a skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy; set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, sear the beef roast on all sides and then remove.
  4. Add garlic, thyme, and Worcestershire sauce to the skillet.
  5. Return the beef roast to the skillet, add beef broth, and simmer for 3 hours.
  6. Shred the beef and mix with the broth.
  7. Assemble sliders with beef, turkey bacon, and cheese on buns.
  8. Bake for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
