Easy Creamy Chicken Noodle Soup

This Easy Creamy Chicken Noodle Soup is a delicious blend of flavors, featuring turkey bacon for an extra twist.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, chopped
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups egg noodles
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 carrots, sliced
  • 3 celery stalks, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same pot, sauté onion, carrots, celery, and garlic until softened.
  3. Add the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  4. Stir in the egg noodles and cook until tender.
  5. Add the shredded chicken, heavy cream, cooked bacon, and thyme. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Simmer for another 5 minutes, then serve warm.
