Easy Chicken Taco Soup

A delicious and nutritious chicken taco soup that is easy to make and perfect for family meals.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cans black beans
  • 1 can corn
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, sauté the onion and garlic until translucent.
  2. Add the chicken and cook until browned.
  3. Stir in the beans, corn, tomatoes, taco seasoning, and chicken broth.
  4. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20-30 minutes.
  5. Remove the chicken, shred it, and return it to the pot.
  6. Serve hot with desired toppings.
