Easy Cheesy Ground Beef Enchiladas

These Easy Cheesy Ground Beef Enchiladas are packed with flavor and are sure to please the entire family.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 can enchilada sauce
  • 8 tortillas
  • 1 cup onions, diced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. In a skillet, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add onions, garlic powder, and cumin to the skillet and cook until onions are translucent.
  4. Lay out tortillas and fill each with the beef mixture and some cheese. Roll them up tightly.
  5. Place rolled tortillas in a baking dish and cover with enchilada sauce and remaining cheese.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add diced peppers or jalapeños to the beef mixture.
