- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 8 flour tortillas
- 1 can enchilada sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef and onion over medium heat until browned.
- Stir in garlic powder, cumin, chili powder, and salt, and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Spread a small amount of enchilada sauce in the bottom of a baking dish.
