- 8 ounces elbow macaroni
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup chicken ham, diced
- 1 cup Boursin cheese
- 2 cups milk
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese for topping
- Cook the macaroni according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy; remove and crumble.
- In the same skillet, melt the butter and whisk in the flour to create a roux.
- Gradually add the milk, stirring until thickened.
- Stir in Boursin cheese until melted and combined.
- Add the cooked macaroni, chicken ham, and half of the crumbled turkey bacon; mix well.
