  • 3 slices turkey bacon
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise

  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon chopped chives

Instructions

  1. Boil the eggs for about 10 minutes, then cool in ice water.
  2. Cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then chop finely.
  3. Peel the eggs and slice them in half.
  4. Remove the yolks and combine with mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
  5. Mix in the chopped turkey bacon and chives.
  6. Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture.
