  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the eggs, vanilla extract, and lemon zest, and mix until combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
