Crockpot White Chicken Chili

Crockpot White Chicken Chili is a comforting meal that combines tender chicken with the smoky flavor of turkey bacon.

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 can (15 oz) white beans
  • 1 cup corn
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook the turkey bacon in the crockpot until crispy, then remove and crumble.
  2. Add the chicken breasts, beans, corn, onion, garlic, cumin, chili powder, and chicken broth to the crockpot.
  3. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  4. Shred the chicken and stir in sour cream and half of the cheese before serving.
  5. Top each serving with remaining cheese and crumbled bacon.
