- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
