  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  2. Brown the chicken breasts on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  3. Transfer the chicken to the CrockPot and add the sun-dried tomatoes and spinach on top.
  4. Pour the heavy cream over the ingredients in the CrockPot.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
