Crispy Steak Wraps – Savory, Crunchy & Loaded with Flavor!

Deliciously crispy steak wraps that are savory and loaded with turkey bacon for an extra crunch!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound flank steak
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup mixed greens
  • 1 medium tomato, sliced
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 2 large tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Season the steak with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat and sear the flank steak for about 4-5 minutes on each side.
  3. Remove the steak from the pan and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing it into thin strips.
  4. In the same pan, cook the turkey bacon until crispy.
  5. Warm the tortillas in a separate pan.
  6. Assemble the wraps by adding steak, bacon, mixed greens, tomato, and cheese to each tortilla.
  7. Wrap tightly and serve immediately.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, marinate the steak for a few hours before cooking.
