- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil for frying
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs.
- Dip each chicken breast in the egg and then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Fry the chicken cutlets until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Transfer to a baking sheet and bake in the oven for 10 minutes.
