- 1 pound salmon fillets
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces.
- Set up a breading station: Place flour in one bowl, beaten eggs in a second bowl, and panko in a third bowl.
- Dip each salmon piece in flour, then egg, and finally coat with panko breadcrumbs.
- Arrange the coated salmon bites on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden and cooked through.
- In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to make the bang bang sauce.
- Serve the crispy salmon bites with the bang bang sauce on the side.
Notes
