2 cups shredded cooked chicken
1 can (10 oz) cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 cups flour tortillas
1 cup diced green chiles
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, mix together the chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese, green chiles, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Spread a small amount of the mixture in the bottom of a baking dish.
Place tortillas on a flat surface, fill each with the chicken mixture, roll up and place seam side down in the baking dish.
Pour the remaining chicken mixture over the top and sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
Notes
For a spicier version, add jalapeños to the mixture.
Make it ahead and refrigerate before baking for easier prep.
