Instructions

  2. Add garlic and sautƩ for another minute.
  3. Pour in the vegetable broth and bring to a boil.
  4. Add tortellini and cook according to package instructions.
  5. Stir in spinach, heavy cream, and Italian seasoning. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Simmer for 5-10 minutes, then serve hot.
