Creamy Bacon Mushroom Pasta

A rich and delightful pasta dish combining creamy sauce, savory turkey bacon, and earthy mushrooms, perfect for a weeknight meal.

  • 8 ounces pasta
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and chop.
  3. In the same skillet, add olive oil and sauté the garlic and mushrooms until soft.
  4. Stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Add the cooked pasta and chopped turkey bacon, tossing to combine.
  6. Serve immediately with extra Parmesan, if desired.
