  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 cups pasta, uncooked
  • 1 cup spinach, fresh
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced chicken and Cajun seasoning, cooking until chicken is no longer pink.
  2. Add onion and garlic, sauté for 2-3 minutes until softened.
