Ingredients

  • 2 lobster tails
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup white wine
  • 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
