- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

- 1 cup sour cream
- 12 ounces egg noodles
