- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
- 1 cup chicken ham, diced
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
