- 1 pound boneless chicken breasts
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup carrots, diced
- 1 cup celery, diced
- 1 cup potatoes, diced
- 1/2 cup frozen peas
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons flour
- In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pot, add diced chicken and cook until browned.
- Add carrots, celery, and potatoes, cooking for about 5 minutes.
