  • 4 ounces turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups egg noodles
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped turkey bacon and cook until crispy.
  2. Add diced onion and minced garlic, and sauté until softened.
  3. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  4. Add cooked chicken and egg noodles to the pot. Cook until noodles are tender.
  5. Stir in heavy cream, dried thyme, salt, and pepper. Heat through.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
