- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 pound chicken breast, diced
- 1 teaspoon cajun seasoning
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
