Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix granulated sugar, brown sugar, cocoa powder, and vegetable oil.
  3. Add in the eggs and vanilla extract, and mix until combined.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture until just combined.
  6. Chill the dough in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  7. Roll the dough into small balls and then roll in powdered sugar.
  8. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 10-12 minutes.
