This chocolate baked oatmeal is a delicious and indulgent breakfast option that combines the richness of chocolate with the wholesome goodness of oats.

  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 2 cups milk or non-dairy alternative
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the rolled oats, cocoa powder, honey (or maple syrup), milk, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
  3. Fold in the chocolate chips.
