  • 1 pound chicken breast
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons capers
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add garlic, sautéing until fragrant.
  3. Add the chicken breast and cook until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
