- 2 pounds chicken breasts
- 1 can enchilada sauce
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup corn
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 cup diced onions
- 8 flour tortillas
