  • 2 cups shredded chicken
  • 1 cup coleslaw mix
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ginger powder
  • 10 egg roll wrappers
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, coleslaw mix, green onions, soy sauce, garlic powder, and ginger powder.
  2. Lay an egg roll wrapper flat and place a generous amount of the filling in the center.
  3. Fold the sides over the filling and roll tightly from the bottom to the top.
  4. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  5. Fry the egg rolls until golden brown and crispy on all sides.
  6. Remove and place on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
  7. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes
