- 1 pound chicken breast, cooked and shredded
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha
- 12 slider buns
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup sliced pickles
- In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha. Mix well.
- Toast the slider buns lightly.
- Assemble the sliders by placing a generous portion of the chicken mixture on the bottom half of each bun.
- Add shredded lettuce and sliced pickles on top of the chicken mixture.
- Cover with the top half of the buns and serve immediately.
Notes
- For extra flavor, consider adding diced green onions or cilantro.
