Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the grated zucchini, mozzarella, and parmesan cheese.
  3. Add the egg, flour, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  4. Spread the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet in a thin layer.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before cutting into sticks.
