Cheesy garlic parmesan spaghetti and cream cheese

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces spaghetti
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package directions.
  2. Meanwhile, in a skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy, then crumble.
  3. In the same skillet, add olive oil and minced garlic, sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add cooked spaghetti to the skillet with garlic and bacon.
  5. Mix in cream cheese and parmesan until well combined.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

  • For a vegetarian option, omit turkey bacon.
