- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 4 large tortillas
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- In a bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, cheese, sour cream, minced garlic, garlic powder, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Warm the tortillas in a skillet for a minute on each side.
