- 12 pieces cannelloni tubes
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 6 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy, then chop into small pieces.
- In the same skillet, sauté ground turkey until browned. Add chopped turkey bacon and spinach; cook until spinach wilts.
- In a bowl, combine ricotta, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff each cannelloni tube with the turkey mixture and place in a baking dish.
- Pour marinara sauce over the stuffed cannelloni and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
