  • 12 pieces cannelloni tubes
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 6 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy, then chop into small pieces.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté ground turkey until browned. Add chopped turkey bacon and spinach; cook until spinach wilts.
  4. In a bowl, combine ricotta, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Stuff each cannelloni tube with the turkey mixture and place in a baking dish.
  6. Pour marinara sauce over the stuffed cannelloni and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
  8. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Feel free to substitute the ground turkey with ground beef or chicken.
  • For extra flavor, add herbs such as basil or oregano to the ricotta mixture.
