  • 1 cup Burrata cheese
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 4 slices chicken ham, diced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon balsamic glaze
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the olive oil and minced garlic.
  3. Brush the mixture on each slice of bread and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake the bread for 5-7 minutes until lightly golden.
  5. In a separate bowl, combine the cooked turkey bacon and chicken ham with salt, pepper, and balsamic glaze.
  6. Remove the bread from the oven and top each slice with a generous portion of Burrata cheese.
  7. Add the turkey bacon and chicken ham mixture on top.
  8. Return to the oven for an additional 3-5 minutes until heated through.
  9. Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
